Mankind is living in two worlds and not one

These blog articles are for Christian or non-christian who wants a deeper understanding and insight about the kingdom of God. I believe these inspired articles will shift your thinking and cultivate your spirit to know and understand your role and purpose on this earth.

First of all, there are two worlds we have to navigate in this life: one is the natural world, which looks more real and can be seen with our physical eyes, and the other is the spiritual world, which cannot be seen with our physical eyes yet it is more real than the natural world. (2 Corinthians 4:18While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal).

I already mentioned in the previous blog that God created the Heavens and the earth. The earth was for the man to dwell in, although the man was a spiritual being the Lord gave him a physical body so that he could co-exist in the natural earth, yet still able to live and walk according to the spirit.

God also created other beings; some that remained by His side and some who rebelled against Him and sided with Satan the father of all deceptions. These bad angels who sided with Satan continue to make war against God and his angels and the main cause was for the man’s right to exist in God. When Satan was kicked out of Heaven, he was stripped of his authority, and not knowing how to exist without authority; Satan was willing to settle for any authority he could get his hands on, and he decided to take away the authority of mankind on Earth.

Revelation 12:7-9 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, and prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Daniel 10:11-13 And he said unto me, O Daniel, a man greatly beloved, understand the words that I speak unto thee, and stand upright: for unto thee am I now sent. And when he had spoken this word unto me, I stood trembling. Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words. But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.

From the day Satan was cast out, he planned nothing else but to destroy and bring chaos upon everything that God had created, and humanity was at the center of it all. (1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour).

Satan’s first deception was to cause man to disobey God’s command, so, he fabricated a lie from hell and went to the woman in Eden and deceived her into believing that God was hiding information from them;[1]Satan caused man to rebel against God, and because of this, man lost his dominion and authority on Earth. From this point, humanity died spiritually and only knew how to exist naturally. At that instant, Satan immediately seized the opportunity to create confusion in the life of mankind; locking humanity into captivity and taking man’s authority on the Earth.

Soon after the fall of mankind, sin started slowly eating its way to the physical death of a man because God created man in three parts: spirit (mind, mental), soul (spiritual), and body (the physical aspect of man). All three parts must come together and harmonize for a man to live a balanced life.

The soul also has three parts: mind (intellect), will (choices or decision), and emotion (feelings such as anger, love, joy, etc.). The spirit has three parts: conscience, fellowship, and intuition.  The body is composed of all the physical faculties that enable it to function properly. The Lord’s desire is for a man to be whole in all areas of his person, but when man fell from grace, he died spiritual, cutting all fellowship with God and causing everything else to go out of balance. Only when the spirit of man unites with the Spirit of God will man ever be able to die to himself and walk in his divine purpose.

The power and authority of man were given to him by God and it can only be initiated spiritually and not naturally. In the natural, man is weak and falls prey to sin and the devil’s plots. The narrative of men’s lives was always to commune and engage in fellowship with God, which would enable them to have joy and peace. As long as man continues only to live in the natural world, he will always be dominated by the evil forces of the spiritual world, which are at war with God. God gave the man a body so that he would be able to associate Himself with the natural world. If he were only alive in the spirit, man wouldn’t be able to interact with the natural world, so God in His intelligence gave the man a unique body so that he was able to live and dominate his natural world; by allowing God’s Spirit to lead and guide his spirit.

Scripture tells us that God does not create or do anything on the Earth, unless His Spirit first moves, after which He then speaks it into the natural.  In this same way, before a child of God can cause anything to change or be established in his natural surroundings, he has to first activate it in the spirit after which it will manifest in the natural. Humanity was created in the image and likeness of God,[2] so the same principles and rules of engagement that apply to God apply to man. Genesis 1:2-3 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

This mindset is vital if you want to walk with God and make the impossible possible. For example, the human tongue in its natural form is weak, but when it pronounces words, those words can destroy an army. This happens because the word is spirit and the spiritual will always have the edge over the natural.

These principles are just the normal way of the heavenly kingdom, and it is what Jesus came to teach and empower humanity. The Lord wants to rewire this information back into the spiritual DNA of man; because along the line of history, these truths were lost.

On the other side of the coin, although man’s spirit overrides his natural state of being, there are powerful and evil spirits lurking on the horizon trying to destroy man–and they would have already if it wasn’t for God’s protection, Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

These evil spirits (fallen angels and demons) are under the influence and control of Satan; a high-ranking angel that disobeyed God and was cast out with his minions. According to scripture, Satan’s fall started once pride was found in him. Ezekiel 28:14-19 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down amid the stones of fire. Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee. By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire. Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee. Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee. All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more.

Satan was the same serpent that went into Eden and deceived Eve. He is the author of lies and deception. Genesis 3:1 Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

From the fall of man, Satan’s web of deceit had stretched all over the Earth; holding man ransom and hanging in the balance. At the same time, sin was slowly leading them away from God’s presence. But throughout this entire episode, God had formulated a plan to redeem man both from himself (the flesh) and from the devil’s web of deception. The Lord outlined His plan when He revealed to the serpent that man’s offspring in the future would free man and destroy the power of the serpent’s lies and deception. Genesis 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

Because of God so loves man, whom he created and blew part of Himself (breath of life) into, He sent His only begotten Son to die for humanity. He sent Him to save the lost —His created Son.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Luke 19:10 For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.

Jesus was the one who put an end to all that the first Adamic fallen generation inherited, such as curses, brokenness, weaknesses, murder, hatred, lust, deceits, and sickness was passed on to Jesus and was destroyed on the cross of Calvary. According to scripture, Jesus was the second Adam; it tells us that the first Adam was made a living soul, but the second Adam (Jesus) was made a life-given spirit. Everyone who comes through the lineage of the first Adam died spiritually, but everyone who comes in contact with the second Adam (Jesus), although they might be spiritually dead yet, will regain life spiritually.

1 Corinthians 15:45 And so it is written, the first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

The mighty God creator of all started from the dust, but He ended in the spirit; He started with the man on the earth, but He will end with a Son from Heaven. He formulated an unstoppable plan in order to bring His lost sheep (man) home from a life of being beaten, neglected, abused, persecuted, hungry and thirsty, battered, and bruised. The Lord doesn’t want anyone to perish.

2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Now you have the basic knowledge of creation, knowing who God is, knowing who you are, and knowing who the enemy is; let us go a little deeper to look at God’s liberation plan for mankind and how you can be activated to walk in this path. Let us go in faith like Abraham looking for a city that has a foundation whose builder and maker is God; because without a firm spiritual foundation, you will inevitably fall.

Hebrews 11:9-10 By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise: For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.
